I think she was well worth the wait.
I went with a dark walnut finish for the butcher block. All the trim in my house is American walnut. It gives the kitchen a rich feeling. I wiped her down and used her to make tacos for dinner.
Now there is just one thing left to finish in our kitchen and that is the back splash. I wonder how long that is going to take?
