This is how I like my grilled cheese sandwiches...
Ingredients:
freshly baked Italian loaf
pesto (on both side of the buns)
thinly sliced fresh mozzarella
thinly sliced ripe vine tomato
brush olive oil on the outside of both pieces of bread
warm your panini pan
cook

It's under there, rest assure!
Eat
Always easily satisfied.

This looks delicious! I am a huge fan of grilled cheese. My husband is the sandwich maker in our house (and a darned good one), so I'm going to put the bug in his ear about adding pesto. Yum!
