What I Ate MONDAY

Since I am NOT a morning person but my son seems to be, I need to keep breakfast simple.


Kefir mixed with vanilla yogurt, granola on top and a banana on the side. Easy, quick, painless and nothing I  have to think about. Remember I am NOT a morning person.


My son drinks Hemp milk mixed with coconut milk. I had mango tea.

Two hours later we needed a snack


One for me and one for my son.



And then 20 minutes later we needed another snack.

The household has been sick for the past three weeks and lunch was a challenge. Impromptu PB and J's was all I could find.



That's right, Sunflower Seed Butter, crackers and apricot jelly. Impromptu PB and J.
I have a peanut allergy and sunflower butter is the closet thing I have found to peanut butter.


Is it obvious that the last store I shopped at was Trader Joe's?


Dinner- homemade french fries, a burger with lettuce tomato and onion. I wish I had remembered to make that spinach salad. I'll have to use it for tomorrow's dinner.

Well, how'd we fair?
