Skeptical because it is Frozen?!

Today's lunch was Freschetta's Classic Bruschetta  Pizza! I bought it at the local grocery store.  I choose this medley and I also bought the Brick Oven Roasted Portabella Mushrooms & Spinach Pizza. After trying their combination of spinach with mushrooms, my palette gave it the thumbs up!. They have eight different varieties to choose  from. Considering I am from Chicago, and they have the Worlds Best Pizza, this makes me an a pizza aficionado. It's true I have consumed a lot of  pizza's in my lifetime probably too many, but when you live in the great city of Chicago, it's just what you do.

 I am quite picky when it comes to pizza, especially if it is frozen.  I like the fact that Freschetta's pizza comes packaged in a fresh-taste seal, the packaging locks in the vibrant flavors, and they use 30% less packing material. 

You know the cloth diapering, composting mother earth in me, likes that! Oh and one other important thing, it contains no preservatives. It says so on the box...

Peanut made sure it said so!

As we ate outside on the picnic table,

I just know the boys were thinking about how crispy the crust was, how the oregano flavor stood out in the pizza sauce and the cheeses complemented each other. Right boys? Well, anyway- it was what I was thinking. A good pizza has a a crispy crust and a signature sauce! I am skeptical no more!

 If you are in the market to taste a great frozen pizza, and lets face it everyone buys a frozen pizza now and then, you must try Freschetta!  I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
