Meal Plan

                  


I try to plan out every meal before I go to the grocery so I not only make one trip but I only buy what I need. I like avoiding the scenario of being at the grocery store debating whether or not I have sour creme for our taco meal. Also, I can look at the store sales and make meals with sale items.  It helps me to make a variety of meals and meals that are not high in calories. On this weeks meal plan is:

B- french toast and blueberries
L- sub sandwich with ham and turkey
D- Greek kabobs and couscous with carrots

B- eggs and toast with strawberry jam
L-  apple, hummus and corn tortilla chips
D- pasta with broccoli

B- waffles with strawberries
L-  salad with dried cranberries, crackers
D- Italian sausage, zucchini, and hash browns on the grill

B- yogurt, granola and raspberries
L- leftover broccoli and pasta
D- polenta with spinach and peas

B-eggs souffle
L-grilled cheese
D- homemade sloppy joes, a frozen peas carrots and corn medley

B- quiche
L- chicken salad
D-tacos

B- pancakes
L- turkey sandwich and chips
D-Turkey burgers, home made fries and lemon sorbet

  3. We do this too! I absolutely hate grocery shopping. I'm a much happier person if I only have to go to the grocery store once a week instead of every day.
